Founded in 2004, Evolution has grown from a single traffic control depot in Brisbane, Australia to being an international business with 15 depots across Australia and New Zealand, as well as dedicated personnel in the Philippines. Over the years, we have expanded our capabilities beyond traffic control and traffic management into complimentary areas such as road corridor barriers and bridge joint maintenance, fleet maintenance and management as well as road construction and safety related training.

Built on a foundation of an absolute and non-negotiable commitment to safety, we are proud to retain an unblemished record of zero fines or sanctions relating to safety and quality. Our safety record is industry leading and we take very seriously our responsibilities to our staff and the public alike in delivering safe and reliable services in a timely manner. Safety is at the heart of our culture and our core values and we will never compromise on safety, even if that means letting go of staff, declining to work with some customers and/or sacrificing on revenues and profits.
