Ben leads the Evolution Civils division. He has extensive experience working in multiple aspects of the road construction industry including operations, sales and HSEQ.
During his time at Evolution, Ben has led the strategic growth of the division both in terms of capacity and geographical expansion. With a national footprint across Australia, the Civils division has successfully delivered a range of high-level, multi-million dollar sub-contract packages across NSW, QLD, VIC, TAS and NT. He has also driven various initiatives to support indigenous and local employment in the construction industry.
Ben joined Evolution in 2016.
