Marie manages the HR Team to support all divisions of the Australian Evolution Business. She has over 25 years’ experience working in Senior HR roles across both Australia and the United Kingdom.
Marie is passionate about diversity and inclusion, holds a certificate in mental health first aid and her experience ranges from workforce planning, managing company merges, project delivery, executive recruitment through to employee relations and industrial relations.
Previous roles range from HR for Wilson Security Queensland and Nauru, North Queensland Bulk Ports and SEQ Water through to Big Lottery Fund UK and National Parks and Wildlife South Australia.
