Rhys leads Evolution Road Services in New Zealand. He has over 15 years of experience in leadership roles primarily in civil, construction, manufacturing, and transport industries. He has previously worked for companies such as MaxiTRANS, BlueScope Steel, Waco Kwikform and Fletcher Building.
Rhys has a diverse functional experience in sales, marketing, operations, and customer service. He keenly focuses on developing and implementing initiatives that promote high-quality customer experiences. He has been instrumental in driving the expansion of Evolution Road Services division in New Zealand.
Rhys joined Evolution in 2021.
